Stenger & Stenger, P.C. (we, us), is a debt collector, as defined by 15 U.S.C. §1692(a)(6), and this is an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained by us will be used for that purpose.

You acknowledge that Stenger & Stenger PC is a debt collector.
Online Payments
By making an online payment, you agree to the following terms.
You accept the Terms & Conditions and wish to proceed with making a payment.
You understand that despite making a payment or scheduling a payment plan, you may still have legal obligations related to the account(s). You further acknowledge that despite your payment(s) the creditor and/or Stenger & Stenger, P.C. may pursue certain legal actions.
You understand that the balance on your account may not accurately reflect recent payments sent to the offices of Stenger & Stenger, P.C. due to delays in the receipt and application of payments, particularly those payments sent by courts and third-parties.
Portal Account Creation
You acknowledge that you am a party to any file(s) for which you create an Account. You also agree that if you are accessing any information on the website thatyou are the consumer on the accounts serviced by Stenger & Stenger, P.C. or you are authorized by the consumer to access any and all accounts related to the consumer which are serviced by Stenger & Stenger, P.C.

You agree to take reasonable precautions to ensure the non-disclosure of email communications with Stenger & Stenger, P.C., which may contain private, sensitive, and/or confidential information;
Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that any third-party disclosure of email and/or voicemail communications with Stenger & Stenger, P.C. occurs, you consent to the disclosure of the same to such third parties;
You are not represented by an attorney;
You are not an active member of the United States Military or its Allies; and
Your account(s) have not been discharged in bankruptcy.
Your account(s) is/are not part of any pending bankruptcy proceeding.
You are not a petitioner in any pending bankruptcy proceeding.
You authorize Stenger & Stenger to provide any account-related documents to the authorized email address.
If you make or schedule a payment plan or make a payment before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in your local time zone, and you have agreed to receive email communications regarding your account(s), you then agree to receive emails related to your activity within the payment portal at or near the time of your activity.
Changes to Terms- We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective when we send a new email message or update our terms on our website. Your continued use of the email service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Liability- Stenger & Stenger, P.C., is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of email communications due to issues with your email service provider or other technical problems.
By providing consent you are acknowledging that this is a private, non-business-based email address and authorize Stenger & Stenger, P.C. to send electronic communications via email.
