 How do I create an account?

To create an online account, visit our secure payment portal at www.paystenger.com.

Please follow the steps below.

1.           Click “Create Account” on the Login page.

2.           Verify your identity using two pieces of information:

      •       For the first field, you may choose to enter either your file number or your full name.

      •       For the second field, enter the last four digits of your social security number (SSN).

3.           Once your information is verified, you will be prompted to create a username and password.

Note: These credentials will be used for all future logins to the payment portal.

How do I reset my username or password?

To reset your username or password, please follow the steps below. If you have already created an account and are experiencing trouble signing in, we recommend resetting your username or password at www.paystenger.com.

1.           Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.

2.           Enter your username to begin the password recovery process.

3.           If you don’t remember your username, click “Don’t remember your username?”

•             You will be asked to enter your file number.

•             A recovery email will be sent to the email address you used during registration

How can I pay online or where can I mail my check?

You can make a payment online at www.paystenger.com. If you need assistance making a one-time payment or setting up recurring automatic payments, call (888) 305-7775 and follow the prompts.

How can I get a payoff statement?

You can request a payoff statement or balance letter by calling our office at 888-305-7775, or via email at correspondence@consumer.stengerlaw.com. Please allow a few business days for processing.

How can I find out my current balance?

To find out your current account balance, you can log into your online account, call our office at 888-305-7775 or send an email to correspondence@consumer.stengerlaw.com.
